“Sudnya Krida Sankul” is an online platform provided for the Sports Clubs to administrate the functionalities like Membership Management, Coaching Management, Invoice Generation, Dues Calculation, Hall, room & Facility Booking etc. It helps to enhance ease of day to day operations of the Sports Club in a hassle free manner while saving lot of time.

Members of Club can manage their membership accounts and acquire the membership services with the help of “Sudnya Krida Sankul”, as maximum services are managed digitally on your fingertips. We will also try our best to incorporate more services as per your requirement.
The members have their own login and will also have an app.

SMART IC is an end to end solution that covers all financial, transactional, processing and reporting needs from the Front-Office to the Middle and Back-Office areas for financial advisors and asset managers.

A significant amount of time is spent collecting and organizing data to create client reports and quarterly presentations, and to answer countless ad-hoc queries from clients about their portfolios.

i. Staff login features


a. Membership Management This module manages all the activities related to Members i.e.

1. New Member Request and Approval
2. Membership Dues Calculation on Yearly basis for all Members based on their individual membership type.
3. Membership Receipts.
4. Membership Interest calculation on outstanding dues based on defined formulae.
5. Membership Dues and Outstanding Intimation and reminders through emails

b. Hall Management

1. Defining different Hall Types
2. Defining the Rates and Duration for each Hall Type
3. Hall Booking
4. Hall allocation (Check In and Check Out)
5. Provision for requesting and billing for Extra Facilities (Extra Chairs, Extra Time etc.)
6. Receipts for Hall Payments
7. Refund of Deposits taken for Hall Booking.

c. Room Management

1. Defining different Room Types
2. Defining the Rates for each Room Type
3. Room Booking with provision to check Availability
4. Room allocation (Check In and Check Out)
5. Provision for requesting and billing for Extra Facilities (Extra Bed, Extra Water Bottle etc)
6. Receipts for Room Payments
7. Refund of Deposits taken for Room Booking.

d. Ground Management

1. Defining different Ground Types

4. Ground allocation (Check In and Check Out)
5. Provision for requesting and billing for Extra Facilities (Extra Chairs, Extra Time etc)

e. Facility Management

1. Defining different Facilities (e.g. Card Room, Squash Count, Badminton Court, Tennis Court, Swimming Pool, Gym etc.
2. Defining the Rates and time for each Facility with provision to enter different rates for Members and their Guests.
3. Issuing Daily, Periodic (Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly) Passes for accessing the Facilities and maintaining the receipts.

f. Coaching Management

1. Defining the different Coaching Types and Batches organised including the details of each Batch i.e. the Start end Time, days of Week, Name of the Coach conducting the Batch etc.
2. Provision for defining the fees (Members and Non Members) for each Coaching.
3. Provision for defining the maximum Students allowed for each Batch.
4. Provision to accept application for each Batch from Members and Non Members.
5. Provision to accept and keep track of the fees received ( including provision for periodic payment of fees).

g. Integrated Accounts (Optional)

1. The product has a complete Finantial Accounting module which can generate all the Accounts for the Krida Sankul including their P&L, Balance sheet, Income Tax statements and GST Statements.

ii. Direct member login features

a. The members will be able to view interesting events organised for the members in the current months with details of the dates and procedure for participation in the event, in case the event is a paid event the member would be able to book a seat by paying online depending on availability. This will help in attracting maximum Members to visit the club.
b. Members will be able to check their dues online and settle the same online.
c. Members will be able to Book rooms and halls online depending on the availability and make the necessary payment online.
d. The system will mail the outstanding dues letter periodically to the concerned Members.
e. Facility for the Members to pay the charges for the facilities to be utilised (e.g. Gym, Swimming pool etc.) online
f. The Members can submit their photograph online and request for renewal of the expired cards.
g. The Members can register online for any Coaching being conducted.


iii. Facility for the Non Members to check all the available membership options and apply for the same online, with provision for making the payment for the same.

iv. Since it is an online portal no separate website will be required. The system administrator will be able to manage the contents of all the pages in the website dynamically thus helping the administrator in keeping the website uptodate

v. Provision of an e-Wallet for the members so that need not carry any cash to the club, the charges for the services used will be directly debited from the e-Wallet

vi. Provision for kiosks in the club where the members can make their payments thus minimising the requirement for the members to approach the staff.

vii. Members not having an online payment facility can recharge their e-Wallet and make their payments at the Kiosks
