SBT helps in automating the entire process resulting in huge cost savings in terms of reduction of man hours required to manage and execute the deals. Being a Master based solution it allows a very high degree of flexibility in managing the operations.
The key activities covered under the Commercial module are
- 1. The Pre sales activity (in form of Media Plan, and individual targets for sales representatives and their review).
- 2. Assigning Targets to individuals and tracking the same against actual sales. Maintaining the correspondence between the Sales executive and the clients
- 3. Capturing the sales (in form of Contract)
- 4. Generating broadcast instructions (in form of schedules) for commercials
- 5. Linking the tapes to the broadcast instructions, with an option for the Agency / Client to link the tape to the broadcast.
- 6. Generation of the Commercial Cue sheets for actual broadcast with provision for last minute changes.

- 1. Provision for entering the Programme details with its weekly broadcast information, with provision for updating the information regarding the fresh and repeat broadcasts of programmes.
- 2. Generation of Fixed Point Chart based on the details of the programmes entered.
- 3. Linking of tapes to the individual episode of the programmes.
- 4. Generation of the Programme Cue Sheet for actual broadcast with provision for last minute changes.

- 1. Provision of entering predefined rates with a provision for Dynamic Pricing.
- 2. Provision for generation of bills based on actual broadcast.
- 3. Provision for entering the receipts.
- 4. Provision for generation of Interest on delayed payments.
- 5. Provision for defining rules for annual incentives for agencies, and calculating the annual incentive based on the rule defined.
- 6. Maintaining the Ledger for Agencies.
- 7. Provision for integrating Payment gateway.

- 5. Automatic generation of play list of films songs or any tapes for a programme on predefined rules such that the broadcast can run in an unattended mode.
